About Dr. Tim McAuliff

Tim McAuliff, MD is a physician in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with an extensive medical background. He has performed more than 5,000 safe, successful outpatient and clinic procedures and has a broad spectrum of experience in patient care within the hospital, clinic, and emergency department settings.

At the Gentle Procedures Clinic, Dr. McAuliff has focused on delivering male surgical health procedures, including vasectomy, circumcision, penile frenulectomy, circumcision revision, and skin-bridge repair.

The clinic provides circumcision for newborns through 24 weeks of age, boys age 12 and up, and adolescents and adults.

The singular focus of his practice contributes to the expertise he can offer his patients.

Dr. McAuliff trained with Dr. Neil Pollock, a foremost authority in these procedures. Dr. Pollock is widely published and respected by physicians around the world for his circumcision techniques.

Dr. McAuliff is offering his patients techniques that are highly advanced, minimally invasive and have been performed safely on thousands of patients.  His singular approach to male health allows his patients to take full advantage of his expertise in vasectomy, circumcision and related procedures of skin-bridge repair, circumcision repair, and penile frenulectomy. With Dr. McAuliff’s background and expertise, the Gentle Procedures Clinic is achieving recognition for its high quality of care.

Dr. McAuliff received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with honors and studied abroad at Oxford University in England and Nan Jing University in China. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Dr. McAuliff started his post-residency career serving in the rural, medically under-served area of west Texas and has served on several medical mission trips to under-developed countries. He has served as a Medical Director and a CLIA Laboratory Director. Dr. McAuliff is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and holds accreditations in patient care with certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and additionally has held certifications in the Neonatal Resuscitation Program of the American Heart Association and Fundamental Critical Care Support of the Society of Critical Care Medicine. He is a Member of the Texas Medical Association.

In addition to his circumcision and vasectomy practice, Dr. McAuliff is committed to leading a healthy lifestyle and enjoys running and Cross-Fit.  He resides in the Dallas area and enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his family and friends and is an active participant in his local church.
